Beach Concierge
We’ve teamed up with Steen’s Beach Service to provide all guests who book direct with exclusive beach concierge services! Available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 9am to 5pm, enjoy complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas delivered and picked up from your desired beach location. Weather dependent.
Welcome Cocktail
Adults 21 and older will enjoy a complimentary Orange Smash welcome cocktail upon arrival, sourced from local vendor Devils Backbone. The Orange Smash is a popular Delaware libation, made with triple sec, lemon-lime soda and vodka. Alcohol-free options are also available upon request.

We’ve partnered with our neighbors at Nick’s Mini Golf to offer guests two complimentary rounds of miniature golf during their stay.
