What is included in the Resort Fee?

Our Resort fee is 15% of your reservation and includes:

Are housekeeping services available and free of charge?

At the urging of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, daily housekeeping service has been suspended. In-room service will available upon request and scheduled in advance for a $25 fee per cleaning.

Is this hotel pet friendly?

Yes, we are pleased to allow dogs up to 30lbs. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $150/per stay.

What is the minimum age to check in?

21 years old

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is any time after 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Do you offer on-site parking?

Yes, A $10 per day parking fee is in effect from September 16th through May 14th. A $25 per day parking fee is in effect from May 14th to September 16th.

What are your cancellation and deposit policies?

CANCELLATION POLICY: From October 1st-April 28, you will be subject to a 48hr cancellation policy. From April 29-September 30, you will be subject to a 5 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations made outside of these windows will result in the forfeiture of one night room and tax. One-night stay + tax deposit is required at the time of reservation. Full balance will be paid in full upon arrival.

What is the Community Impact Fee?

Hotel Bethany Beach is proud to advocate for the development of affordable housing opportunities for those living and working in lower Delaware through charitable donations, promotion, and service. Starting 10/1/22, guests will see an additional 1% fee on their reservations called the Impact Fee. This fee is being collected to fund donations to organizations that align with the hotel’s Community Impact mission and goals.

Do you offer accessible rooms?

Yes, Hotel Bethany Beach offers accessible rooms and suites with handicap accessible showers
and tubs. We also offer accessible rooms with features for the hearing impaired. All guest rooms
are accessible via elevator. For more details call us.

Can I request additional beds?

Cribs are available for $30 per night.

What amenities are available in my room?

All guest rooms include: Free Wi-Fi, Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker,
Flatscreen TV, Premium channels, Black-out shades, Ironing board, Hairdryer, Connecting rooms
available, Accessible amenities.

Does the hotel have a fitness center?

Yes. Our on-site fitness center is open 24hrs and is accessible with your guest key.

Do you have specific policies for COVID-19?
  • Hotel Guests: Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings, although it is highly encouraged when in an enclosed space and especially when social distancing is not feasible. Guest’s not fully vaccinated are always required to wear face coverings in indoor spaces. It is expected guests will be honest about their vaccination status and will not be required to show proof of vaccination.
  • Hotel Employees: We strongly encourage our team members to be vaccinated if they are eligible. For the safety of our employees and guests, we will continue to require all employees working indoors to wear a face covering and practice social distancing, regardless of vaccination status. Fully vaccinated employees that work outside and do not come in close contact with guests or another employee outside are not required to wear a mask. Masks will remain part of the employee uniform and employees must always keep a mask on their person at all times.
  • Daily housekeeping services have been suspended. If you require your room to be serviced during your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will service it for you. If your DND sign remains on 3 days after your arrival date, housekeeping will enter the room to refresh all linens inside of the guest room.
